Access Control Tech

* Description
* Looking for someone that is going to be installing programming and servicing commercial electronic security devices primarily CCTV, Access Control, IP Cameras, Intrusion Detection, Video Analytics, IP network systems and overall security systems
Working under the supervision of a Security 101 Lead Technician our Cable tech will assist with running wiring and cabling across the site
Reading blueprints and site drawing to determine the cable runs
Perform cable runs, dressing cable and terminating is required

Experience with structured cabling projects, network data cable runs is important.
Terminating with RJ45 and crimpers, terminating into data closet, terminating into data outlets
Wiring devices such as wireless access points

* Working at heights - ladder and lift - experience with and ability to work in this environment
Work as a team to run cabling

Experience with appropriate hand tools needs for this role

* Pay and Benefits
* The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $26.00/hr.
