At Health by Design, our Client Services Analyst is not here to "sell." You're here to build real client partnerships, solve problems, and help clients get the most out of our healthcare services (without the cheesy sales energy).

• Be the go-to partner for your client accounts
• Keep communication clear, proactive, and human
• Coordinate internal teams to solve issues and deliver great service
• Organize quarterly and annual client reviews (useful ones, not slideshow marathons)
• Spot opportunities to expand services when it truly benefits the client
• Track account updates and keep everyone aligned
• Integrate into the Business Development Team, assisting in developing solutions to address client needs
• Assist in market research, analyze data, provide insight into market trends and assist in providing insight into the client's challenges

• Like building relationships and earning trust
• Are organized, responsive, and strong at follow-through
• Can manage multiple priorities without melting down
• Want a role that's client-facing but not sales-y

• 2+ years in account management, customer support, marketing, client services, or similar
• Experience working in environments where success depends on communication, trust, and execution
• Familiarity with healthcare, medical, or wellness industries

• Are comfortable in a CRM (or can learn quickly)
• Can turn data into insights people understand
• Enjoy solving problems, improving processes and contributing to project management
• Can make a client-facing report look clean without needing 14 revisions
