Job Description :
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks using WDIO or other JavaScript-based automation tools.
- Develop and execute automated test scripts using Selenium with Java.
- Perform API testing using tools such as Postman, Rest Assured, or equivalent.
- Write and execute SQL queries for database validation and backend testing.
- Perform functional and manual testing when required.
- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Identify, document, and track defects through resolution.
- Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members when required.
- Strong hands-on experience with WDIO or any JavaScript-based automation framework.
- Solid understanding of API testing concepts and tools.
- Experience writing and executing database queries for validation.
- Good understanding of Agile methodologies.
- Experience in manual testing and functional validation.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to mentor team members.
