Akkodis is seeking an Engineer for a Contract with a client in San Antonio, TX. You will design and implement scalable cloud‑native solutions and integrate AI/ML services across Lambda‑driven workflows.
Rate Range$47/hour to $49/hour;
The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Job Responsibilities Include
- Design and implement scalable serverless architectures using AWS Lambda, API Gateway, Dynamo
DB, and related cloud‑native services. - Build and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using AWS CDK or Terraform to automate provisioning, deployments, and environment management.
- Develop secure, high‑performance integrations using SQS/SNS, App Sync (Graph
QL), and Step Functions for orchestrating AI‑driven workflows. - Integrate AWS AI/ML services such as Lex, Textract, Rekognition, Bedrock, or Sage Maker into application pipelines and serverless workflows.
- Optimize data models and performance for Dynamo
DB and manage relational data in Amazon RDS. - Implement and enforce IAM policies, security best practices, and monitoring solutions to ensure compliant and reliable cloud operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- 6–10 years of experience in AWS cloud engineering, Dev Ops, or serverless application development.
- Proven expertise in AWS CDK/Terraform, serverless architecture (Lambda, API Gateway, Dynamo
DB), and secure cloud‑native solution design. - Strong hands‑on experience integrating AWS AI/ML services (Lex, Textract, Rekognition, Bedrock, Sage Maker) and implementing Step Functions‑based workflows.

Pay Details$47.00 to $49.00 per hour
