AboutThe Role
As a strategic advisor, trusted Growth Coach, and influential voice in your sector, you will guide clients’ most critical growth decisions and shape long‑term strategies. You’ll inspire through industry discourse via social media, press engagements, client round tables, and key events, building Frost & Sullivan’s brand and presence across your sector.
ResponsibilitiesResearch & Analysis – Conduct primary and secondary research, market segmentation, forecasting, and detailed market analysis, identify and analyse areas of industry convergence and growth opportunities across markets.
Content Creation – Deliver high‑impact GOA deliverables, produce Frost Radars, Companies 2 Action, and other GOA content, support Program Area Managers in strategic planning.
Client Interactivity & Growth Coaching – Act as a Growth Coach, support clients’ decision‑making, and contribute to Growth Pipeline Dialogues.
Thought Leadership & Visibility – Maintain a visible presence on social media, lead presentations, deliver analyst briefings, give press interviews, present at conferences, and produce GOA material for Think Tank sessions.
Analyst Management – Coach and mentor junior analysts, potentially manage 1–2 analysts, and support the development of market expertise among team members.
IP Development – Generate new ideas for GOA topics, products and services, identify and justify new market areas to develop and integrate into the Practice Area’s strategy.
Business Development – Support the Sales Team, identify new client opportunities, assist in client targeting and planning to drive commercial growth.
GOA Deliverables – Own completion of GOA deliverables, collaborate with peers and other Practice Areas to maximize impact.
Best Practice Awards – Produce regular BP Awards based on GOA deliverables, participate in award presentations and develop award ideas with junior team members.
Frost Radars – Produce Frost Radar deliverables across converging industries, facilitate client discussions, and present the value of the Radar.
GOA Interactive Hours – Lead and manage projects for clients, deliver client presentations and strategic growth recommendations.
Advisory Project Analyst – Lead advisory projects when market expertise adds value, serving as lead analyst or project manager.
GPaaS Projects – Contribute expertise to GPaaS projects, support growth pipeline dialogues and benchmarking.
Brand & Demand Solutions – Contribute to B&D projects, support content‑based marketing deliverables and promotional activities such as think tanks, round tables, briefings and webinars.
- A relevant university degree (BA, BS) in Business, Marketing, Economics, Journalism, or Technology. A postgraduate degree (Master’s or PhD) is highly regarded.
- 9–11 years of analyst or consulting experience in a consulting and/or advisory services environment.
- Strong research and writing skills, able to produce coherent stories in professional English.
- Foundational understanding of consulting, research, investigative journalism methodologies and business modelling.
- Foundational knowledge of the ICT industry, including structure, operational practices and competitive landscapes.
- Ability to develop data deliverables analysing key factors and circular economy market metrics.
- Networking skills to create and manage relationships that support clients’ information needs.
