The Cybersecurity Program Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and governing enterprise and customer‑facing cybersecurity programs with a focus on critical infrastructure and operational technology (OT) environments. This role leads multidisciplinary teams to deliver cybersecurity initiatives, manages complex customer cybersecurity projects, and oversees strategic programs including cyber threat intelligence, crown jewel assessments, blue team operations, and workforce development initiatives.
The position requires strong leadership, technical expertise in IT and OT cybersecurity, program management excellence, and the ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
Essential Functions Cybersecurity Program Leadership and Governance- Design, develop, and manage comprehensive cybersecurity programs for critical infrastructure systems and operational technology environments.
- Establish governance frameworks, policies, standards, and metrics to ensure effective risk management.
- Align initiatives with organizational strategy, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices (e.g., NIST, ISO, CIS, MITRE ATT&CK, IEC 62443).
- Oversee multiple concurrent programs and projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and budget.
- Lead and manage customer cybersecurity projects across IT and OT environments from initiation through closeout.
- Develop project plans, schedules, resource allocations, and risk management strategies.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams and serve as the primary interface with customer stakeholders.
- Direct all aspects of OT cybersecurity program management, including strategy, execution, and governance.
- Oversee risk assessments, architecture reviews, and security control implementations in ICs, SCADA, and other critical infrastructure environments.
- Develop and maintain OT cybersecurity roadmaps and maturity models.
- Oversee CTI activities to identify, analyze, and communicate threats targeting critical infrastructure and OT environments.
- Integrate threat intelligence into risk management, vulnerability management, and incident response processes.
- Lead crown jewel identification and assessment efforts to prioritize protection of mission‑critical assets.
- Oversee blue team assessments to evaluate defensive capabilities and incident response readiness.
- Design and oversee cybersecurity intern and Skill Bridge programs to develop the customer’s cybersecurity workforce.
- Partner with HR and technical teams to define curriculum and mentorship models.
- Develop and manage program budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting.
