Position: Deputy Program Manager with Security Clearance
Responsibilities & Qualifications RESPONSIBILITIES
* Senior leader supporting program execution, ensuring successful delivery of objectives and milestones for BIM task order
* Monitor program performance to ensure alignment with goals and timelines.
* Track deliverables and ensure they meet quality standards and customer expectations.
* Coordinate with stakeholders to facilitate communication and collaboration across teams.
* Ensure contract compliance by maintaining adherence to agreements and regulatory requirements.
* Manage risks by identifying potential issues and implementing mitigation strategies.
* Direct daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient execution of program activities.
* Lead teams, providing guidance and support to ensure successful outcomes. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
* Eight (8) years of relevant experience.
* Expertise in program management and coordination.
* Proven team leadership and collaboration skills.
* Experience in contract management and negotiation.
* Proficiency in risk management and mitigation strategies.
* Strong customer relations and communication abilities.
* Must have an active Secret clearance CERTIFICATIONS
* PMP PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
* Experience with DoD programs and operations.
* Proficiency in budget oversight and financial management.
