As a QA Engineer, you'll be responsible for driving end-to-end quality assurance and managing software releases across multiple banking applications. You'll lead testing strategy, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure that every release is secure, compliant, and production-ready.

As a QA Engineer, you'll be responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and compliance of multiple banking applications. You'll lead testing strategies, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive continuous improvement in software quality through robust testing practices and automation. Proactiveness, ability to lead, and taking ownership are essential for success in this role.
- Define and implement test strategies for functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
- Ensure test coverage aligns with business-critical workflows and regulatory requirements.
- Drive defect triage, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate in architecture reviews and solution design to ensure testability.
- Support user acceptance testing and assist with production issue analysis.
- Carry out responsibilities with professionalism, respect for others, in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws
- Any other duties as assigned.
- Comprehensive testing strategies in collaboration with the Product Owner for all releases, covering functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
- Develop and maintain automated test suites that are integrated into CI/CD pipelines, with measurable improvements in test coverage and execution speed.
- Defect reports and root cause analysis that drive continuous improvement and reduce recurrence of critical issues.
- Compliance-ready documentation including test evidence and audit trails aligned with regulatory standards.
- Quality metrics dashboards tracking KPIs such as defect density, test coverage, and test execution performance.

Qualifications Education- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years in QA, preferably in banking or fintech
- Strong understanding of automated software testing methodologies and tools (e.g., Selenium, Postman, etc).
- Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Bitbucket, Azure Dev Ops, etc).
- Familiarity with core banking systems, APIs, and data synchronization workflows.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of automated test frameworks for UI, API, and performance testing.
- Strong positivity.
