Business Analyst

We are seeking a Business Analyst with a mortgage background to join our team and drive email campaign initiatives. The successful candidate will act as a bridge between the product team and Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) developers, ensuring smooth communication and efficient execution of email campaigns.

• Requirements Gathering
  :
  Collaborate with the mortgage product team to understand the business needs for email campaigns.
• User Story Translation
  :
  Work closely with SFMC developers to translate business requirements into clear, actionable user stories for the email campaign development process.
• Campaign Documentation
  :
  Document detailed specifications for email campaigns
  , including campaign objectives, target audiences, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Stakeholder Coordination
  :
  Act as the main point of contact for all internal stakeholders, ensuring effective coordination between the product team, developers, and other departments.
• Reporting and Feedback
  :
  Provide feedback and reports to the product team, ensuring they are kept up to date with the campaign’s progress and performance metrics.

• Experience in Mortgage Industry
  :
  Proven experience working with mortgage-related products or campaigns.
• Business Analysis Skills
  :
  Strong skills in requirements gathering, user story creation, and process documentation.
• Email Campaign Experience
  :
  Experience working with email campaigns, preferably with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
• Communication Skills
  :
  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with stakeholders and development teams.
• Project Management
  :
  Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate various stakeholders while meeting deadlines.
