CeLeen, an operating firm of Command Holdings, is currently seeking a Financial Systems Specialist - Data Analytics/System Automation to support the Air Force Installation and Mission Support Center (AFIMSC) Resource Management (RM) Directorate.

Responsibilities
  • Conducting analyses of existing financial data and assisting in reviewing business rules and AFIMSC policies to deliver a monthly key process indicator report to assist in the development of AFIMSC/RM improvement plans.
  • Analyzing all pertinent data to evaluate financial and programmatic issues, procedures, and policies for development of improvement plans.
  • Developing and presenting analysis of RM areas of opportunity.
  • Integrating interfaces into automated enterprise system integration (MS Access & Excel).
  • Conducting overall organizational systems analysis and integration, elements of data and network security, maintenance of accreditation and certification requirements for financial systems.
  • Preparing briefings/slides to incorporate Financial Management Tools, integration of new data feeds, and Financial Management databases and dashboards.
Work Environment
  • Moderate noise (i.e. business office with computers, phone and printers) and /or occasional Loud noise (airfield, large equipment).
  • Ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time.

Requirements
  • BA/BS in business, finance, management information systems or related field //OR// 10 or more years of related experience in lieu of degree.
  • 3+ years of Department of Defense financial management with an emphasis on automated systems/processes.
  • Must be able to perform duties independently.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Design, support, and enhance financial management automated systems and related budgetary business processes.
  • Develop, build, and maintain Microsoft Access databases, including:
    • Tables, queries, forms, reports.
    • Automation through VBA and advanced logic.
    • Performance optimization and data integrity management.
  • Design and implement Power BI dashboards and data visualizations to support executive and operational decision-making.
  • Build and maintain dynamic financial reporting solutions and data models.
  • Develop and maintain SharePoint solutions for collaboration, workflow automation, reporting distribution, and document management.
  • Identify opportunities for process automation and innovation, reducing manual workflows and improving financial data accuracy.
  • Demonstrated experience using Power BI to develop reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
  • Outstanding communication skills, influencing abilities, and client focus.
  • Professional proficiency in English is required.
  • Ability to pass a federal background investigation including fingerprinting.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.
