Human Resource; HR Analyst

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of HR Reporting experience
. They should possess excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with business leaders. Strong analytical and reasoning skills, influencing skills, and the ability to work independently are essential. Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel is required, including but not limited to:

• Navigation and basic functions:
  Tabs, Ribbon, Save, Protect, Email, Copy, Paste (all formats and values), Find, Replace
• Statistical and math formulas:
  Sum, Average, Min, Max, Median, Count
• Formatting:
  Page setup, Cells formatting, Number, Fill, Border, Font
• Data management:
  Filter, Sorting, Basic and Moderately complex Pivots and Graphs
• Formulas: VLOOKUP, IF, Text to Columns, Concatenate, Exact
• Problem-solving skills using Excel Help and online resources

The candidate should be capable of creating and distributing metrics and statistical reports, analyzing trends, and recommending solutions for HR opportunities.

BS Degree required.
