Trideum Corporation has openings for two (2) Computer Systems Analysts to provide support to the Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) Mission Training Complex (MTC) at Camp Bullis, in San Antonio, TX. These are full‑time, on‑site positions where the analysts provide technical systems and network support in direct support of the JBSA MTC contract. This role supports live, virtual, and constructive (LVC) training operations by integrating Command and Control Information Systems (C2IS) and associated networks with simulation and training environments.
The analyst ensures system availability, security compliance, and operational readiness to enable successful unit training events at JBSA and during distributed training exercises.
Computer Systems Analysts are responsible for providing comprehensive support to MTC-sponsored training events through the design and operation of exercise work cells, as well as the configuration of simulation hardware and software in support of MTC supported events. This role includes assisting training units with the planning and execution of individual and collective training utilizing Army Games for Training (GFT), First Person Shooter (FPS) platforms, constructive simulations such as Entity Resolution Federation (ERF) and Multi Resolution Federation (MRF), and various virtual training devices.
The position also entails coordinating technical integration requirements across the Technical Integration and Training Support Sections. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Reports to the Technical Integration Lead
- Provide functional and technical expertise on MTC simulations and systems
- Support exercise planning activities, Technical Integration Working Groups (TIWGs), and other meetings as required
- Provide technical support to EXCON, HICON, and response cells during training events
- Provide hands‑on technical support for MCIS, training networks, and associated systems used to support MTC operations and unit training events (e.g., Install, Operate, Maintain, and Troubleshoot)
- Maintain system documentation, network diagrams, configuration baselines, and technical reports in accordance with contract and government standards
- Coordinate with government personnel, training units, and contractor teammates to resolve technical issues and support evolving training requirements
- Provides units with a simulation training environment utilizing government provided hardware and software configured to fulfill the needs of a simulation control plan
- Perform system diagnostics, troubleshooting, and maintenance
- Supports training unit exercise technical planning, perform site surveys, and analyze hardware, software, scenario stimulation, data collection, and after‑action review (AAR) requirements necessary to meet event and commander's objectives
- May evaluate and recommend new technologies to enhance current capabilities
- Assists team members in the installation, configuration and operation of the operating system(s), security and simulation software necessary for the training environment
- Maintains necessary information assurance protocols on stimulation/simulation systems (e.g., system lockdown procedures, operating system patches, and stimulation/simulation software patches and updates)
- Ensure compliance with DoD cybersecurity and information assurance policies
- Ensures adherence to Company and JBSA Policies, Practices and Procedures Safeguard and maintain Government furnished equipment, materials and facilities
