The Tier 2 Operations Task Lead manages network operations supporting NIPRNET, SIPRNET, and cloud-based systems, ensuring operational stability and rapid issue resolution.
Responsibilities- Lead network operations and outage response activities
- Monitor and maintain network and cloud infrastructure
- Manage incident escalation and technical reporting
- Supervise Tier 2 personnel and coordinate surge operations
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field
- 6+ years supervisory experience
- Strong experience with VMware, Cisco networking, SIEM, and cloud platforms
