Systems Engineer
Technology requirement as below:
• Able to install, configure and administer Solar Winds components to include Network Performance Monitor (NPM), NCM (Network Configuration Manager), and NTA (Network Traffic Analyzer).
• Should have expertise in Solar Winds tool implementation, migration, and administration on (NPM, NCM, NTA, WPM, VNQM & SAAS Product).
• Experience configuring monitors using SNMP, SSH, WinRM, WMI, JMX, and other technologies.
• Experience configuring the collection of syslog messages from a variety of devices and storing and forwarding as required by local policies.
• Provide expertise to define, monitor, and report on SLAs.
• Provide expertise to detect and verify performance issues and determine the scope of the performance issue.
• Experience in developing and creating dashboards.
• Solar Winds environment upgrade.
• Custom alert & report requirement.
• Custom monitoring requirement.
• Design and deployment of Solar Winds/NMS.
• Python scripting knowledge.
• Tools team management.
