The technician will provide Tier 2 support for laptops, desktops, and peripherals, and will diagnose complex hardware and software issues. Ideal candidates will have an Associate's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience, with at least 3 years in desktop support. Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are a plus.
