Our client is seeking an IT Manager of Data Science & AI leads a high-performing team responsible for delivering advanced machine learning, deep learning, and generative/agentic AI solutions that drive measurable business value across the enterprise. This role shapes and executes the enterprise AI strategy, ensuring scalable, secure, and ethically governed AI solutions aligned with organizational priorities.

What’s the Job?- Lead and manage a team of data science and AI professionals, fostering innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Define and execute the enterprise AI and advanced analytics vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Oversee the full AI/ML lifecycle, including model design, training, validation, deployment, and ongoing optimization.
- Ensure AI solutions meet enterprise standards for security, governance, ethics, and responsible AI.
- Partner with business units, IT, and analytics teams to identify use cases, deliver scalable solutions, and achieve measurable business impact.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business, or a related field (Master’s or PhD in AI/Data Science preferred).
- 10+ years of diversified IT experience, including 3+ years leading professional technical teams.
- Strong expertise in machine learning, deep learning, generative AI, and emerging agentic AI technologies.
- Proven ability to lead enterprise-scale AI initiatives from strategy through production and operational support.
- Demonstrated strengths in people leadership, stakeholder collaboration, strategic thinking, and results-driven execution.
