Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced Intelligence Management Specialist to join our team at Lackland AFB, supporting 16th Air Force (16 AF). The Intelligence Management Specialist will play a critical role to support and execute employment of information warfare (IW) capabilities in and through the information environment to deliberately affect adversary human and system behavior to task and to synchronize CYBER, ISR, EW and IO.
This position requires expertise in intelligence management, operational planning, and the ability to integrate IW processes into mission objectives effectively.
- Provide mission support management to ensure the effective execution of IW operations and intelligence activities.
- Design, plan and execute IW, influence, and information support activities across the continuum of cooperation, competition and conflict and support the joint force's ability to compete, deter and win wars across multiple domains.
- Collaborate with external agencies and partners to synchronize intelligence management efforts and share best practices.
- Maintain proficiency in IW and intelligence tools, methodologies, and platforms to ensure the delivery of cutting‑edge solutions.
- Ensure compliance with all security protocols, classification guidelines, and organizational policies.
- Travel required 15%
Required Qualifications:
- 9 years w/o a degree or 7 years with AS/AA or 5 years with BS/BA or 3 years with MS/MA or 1 year with PhD
- Technical Expertise:
Proficiency in IW, influence operations, and mission support management. - Familiarity with IW TTPs, ISR platforms, tools, and methodologies.
- Strong understanding of intelligence collection processes and requirements.
- Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for producing high‑quality intelligence products and briefings.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, mission‑driven environment.
- Security Clearance:
Active Top Secret/SCI clearance is required. CI/Polygraph eligibility may be required.
- Experience as member of 16 AF and/or its subordinate units.
- Understanding of Air Force senior level staffing processes.
- Knowledge of IW, IO, MISO, and operational‑level intelligence planning.
- Experience:
At least 6 years of experience conducting analysis relevant to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years. - Education:
Bachelor's degree from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education or have associate's degree from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and an additional 4 years of related experience, for a total of 10 years, as a substitute to the bachelor's degree.

$104,000 - $166,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
