Job Description
An Insight Global client is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support a high-visibility digital loyalty initiative. This individual will own and lead Scrum ceremonies for a dedicated product team, ensuring structured, efficient, and well-executed Agile delivery. The Scrum Master will work closely with Product Owners, UI/UX, and development teams, while also serving as a backup to a senior Scrum Master across multiple digital work streams.
This role requires strong Agile fundamentals, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage and maintain clean, well-organized sprint boards independently.

Skills and Requirements- Scrum certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent)
- Minimum 2+ years of experience leading Scrum teams in a digital product environment
- Strong understanding of Agile and traditional Scrum processes
- Hands-on experience with Azure Dev Ops (ADO) and/or Jira
- Ability to clearly explain and manage:
- User story effort / story points
- Sprint capacity and velocity
- Proven experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies for developers and business stakeholders
- Strong communication, facilitation, and organizational skills
- Confidence leading discussions, resolving blockers, and speaking up when needed
