IT QA Tester / Automation, Systems Analyst
Responsibilities
- Analyze business and technical requirements to develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scenarios
- Execute manual testing including functional, regression, integration, system, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Identify, document, track, and retest defects using test and defect management tools
- Maintain test documentation, traceability matrices, and test execution results
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and collaborate with cross‑functional teams
- Validate application functionality across web, mobile, API, and backend systems as applicable
- Support multi‑phase testing efforts and ongoing regression testing across multiple applications
- Communicate testing status, risks, and results clearly to stakeholders
- Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, standards, and best practices
- 3+ years of experience as a QA Analyst or Manual Tester in a structured QA environment
- Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC methodologies (Agile/Scrum and/or Waterfall)
- Hands‑on experience writing and executing detailed test cases
- Experience with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., Jira, HP Quality Center/ALM, Xray)
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and documentation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
