Job Summary

• Serve as a senior-level analyst specializing in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) functions within a cybersecurity context.
• Lead and execute enterprise risk assessments, audit readiness initiatives, and control oversight activities.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks such as NIST (800-53 / CSF), CJIS, HIPAA, and/or PCI-DSS.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including security, IT, audit, legal, and business units, to drive risk management and compliance objectives.
• Act as an individual contributor, providing subject matter expertise without direct reports.
• Apply strong knowledge of security and compliance standards to support organizational objectives and mitigate risks.
• Maintain and update documentation related to risk assessments, controls, and compliance activities.
• Stay current with industry best practices, regulatory changes, and emerging risks impacting the organization.

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Assurance, or related field (Master's preferred).
• 6–10+ years of experience in cybersecurity, risk management, compliance, or audit.

• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CRISC, CISA, CIPP/US, CIPM, CIPT, CHPS, or PCI (ISA/QSA).
