Job Summary

Leviat North America is seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT and Applications Manager with a strong focus on ERP Administration to join our team. The role will play a critical part in managing and optimizing the suite of business applications that power our operations, including the ERP system. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, leadership, and business acumen to ensure that systems meet the needs of our employees and contribute to overall operational excellence.

The ideal candidate will also be responsible for overseeing the day‑to‑day IT service of Leviat North America by managing a third‑party IT service partner.

Job Location

This is an onsite position located in San Antonio, TX.

Job Responsibilities
  • Applications Management & Strategy: Oversee the administration, optimization, and maintenance of all business applications, including ERP, MES, and other software tools. Develop strategies for integrating and evolving applications to meet business goals and operational requirements.
  • ERP System Administration: Oversee the day‑to‑day management of the ERP system, ensuring its optimal performance, reliability, and security.
  • Support and Troubleshooting: Provide support to users by troubleshooting issues, escalating when necessary, and working with vendors, consultants, and contractors to resolve application‑related incidents or system errors.
  • System Integration & Enhancements: Collaborate with IT and business units to assess, design, and implement system integrations with business applications. Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement new features or system upgrades.
  • Data Management & Reporting: Ensure the integrity and accuracy of data within the ERP system, oversee data migration processes, and create and manage reports for business analysis.
  • User Training & Documentation: Develop and conduct training sessions for end‑users, ensuring they are proficient in using applications selected by the Company. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for application, ERP, and MES system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting guides.
  • Security and Compliance: Work closely with IT security teams to ensure that premise and cloud applications comply with organizational security standards and regulatory requirements. Implement and maintain user access controls and audit trails. Lead audit and remediation activities and teams.
  • Vendor and Stakeholder

    Collaboration:

    Act as the primary point of contact for application vendors, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders. Manage vendor relationships and ensure service‑level agreements (SLAs) are met. Collaborate with business leaders to define and prioritize software and database needs.
  • Support & Operations: Lead helpdesk operations (consultant based), ensuring timely and effective support for end users. Establish and monitor SLAs, KPIs, and service processes. Recommend improvements to increase system efficiency and user satisfaction.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
  • 5‑8+ years of IT operations, applications management, or system administration experience.
  • Prior leadership or team‑lead experience preferred.
  • Strong problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
  • Ability to balance strategic planning with hands‑on execution.
