** Service Delivery Center - Service Now Developer - Senior*
* Drive enterprise‑scale transformation on one of the world's most powerful workflow platforms. In this role, you'll design and deliver Service Now solutions that solve complex problems, enable smarter ways of working, and support mission‑critical outcomes for EY teams and clients across industries.
** The opportunity*
* EY's Service Delivery Center continues to expand its Service Now capabilities to meet growing demand across the firm and our clients. As a Senior Service Now Developer, you'll play a key role in shaping platform architecture, leading complex implementations, and influencing how Service Now is used 'll work alongside technologists and consulting teams to deliver secure, high‑quality solutions while mentoring others and setting development standards.
** Your key responsibilities*
* You'll spend your time designing, building, and optimizing Service Now solutions that have real enterprise impact, including:
+ Designing and delivering Service Now solutions across multiple modules, such as IT Service Management, IT Operations Management, Asset Management, Strategic Portfolio Management, Integrated Risk Management, Security Operations, HR Service Delivery, and Customer Service Management
+ Developing custom applications, workflows, business rules, client scripts, and integrations using JavaScript and Glide
+ Owning platform architecture decisions to ensure scalability, performance, security, and alignment with Service Now best practices
+ Designing and implementing integrations between Service Now and third‑party enterprise systems using REST and SOAP
+ Partnering with business and technology stakeholders to translate requirements into effective technical solutions
+ Acting as a Service Now subject matter expert by supporting complex issues, mentoring team members, and promoting platform standards
** Skills and attributes for success*
* ** To qualify for the role, you must have*
* + Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
+ Three or more years of hands‑on Service Now development experience in large or complex enterprise environments
+ Strong expertise in Service Now platform architecture and core development components, including business rules, client scripts, workflows, and UI policies
+ Proven experience integrating Service Now with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs
+ Experience working in Agile or Scrum delivery environments
+ Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
** Ideally, you'll also have*
* + Experience delivering Service Now solutions aligned to industry‑specific requirements
+ Exposure to advanced Service Now modules such as ITOM, SPM, IRM, or Security Operations
+ Experience supporting AI‑enabled solutions or integrations, such as conversational or automation capabilities
** Service Now certifications*
* The following certifications are required or strongly preferred for this role:
** Required*
* + Service Now Certified System Administrator (CSA)
+ Service Now Certified Application Developer (CAD)
** Strongly preferred*
* + Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in one or more modules (for example, ITSM, ITOM, SPM, or IRM)
** Nice to have*
* + Additional Service Now mainline or advanced certifications
