Scrum Master

The Opportunity

As a Scrum Master, you're passionate about outcomes and supporting a development team that’s creating efficiency in critical projects. You know the importance of Agile best practices and how to combat challenges early to get work done. We need a seasoned Scrum Master like you to create solutions supporting the DoD and its most important Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) missions.

On our team, you'll coach a development team to achieve its highest performance level while ensuring the Scrum project is successfully progressed. You'll work on unusually complex problems, introduce leading‑edge concepts, and provide highly innovative solutions to your team and key stakeholders.

This is an opportunity to share your expertise in IT project management and Agile project management while developing and contributing to a variety of project solutions and successfully delivering solutions that will impact the DoD.

• 3+ years of experience as a scrum master or product owner
• Knowledge of Agile principles and methodologies
• Secret clearance
• Bachelor’s degree
• Agile Scrum Certification

• 2+ years of experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
• Top Secret clearance
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
• ITIL 4 Foundation Certification
• SAFe Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors including location, the individual's education, knowledge, skills, competencies and experience, and contract‑specific requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $61,900.00 to $ (annualized USD). This posting will close within 90 days from the posting date.
