As a Product Support Representative, you'll be at the heart of that mission, responding to customer inquiries, troubleshooting Mini Med products, mobile applications, and digital tools, and delivering clear, accurate guidance with confidence and care.
Every interaction is an opportunity to make a real difference for someone managing diabetes, and we're looking for passionate, solutions-driven individuals who take pride in exceptional support, can document customer interactions accurately in CRM and internal systems, and are flexible to work evenings and weekends as part of a team supporting our customers 24/7.Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone and chat, providing timely and effective troubleshooting for Mini Med products, mobile applications, and digital tools
Identify customer needs and deliver clear, accurate technical guidance to resolve issues with confidence and care.
Troubleshoots customer concerns, issues raised during training, product use or malfunctioning products, and/or software applications and recommends corrective action..Document customer interactions, product concerns, and resolutions accurately in CRM and internal systems to support quality and product development programs
Uphold Mini Med's commitment to outstanding customer service in every interaction
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as part of a team supporting customers 24/7
Schedule:
Full-time, 40 hours/week.
Five days a week (Multiple shifts). Availability required 7 days a week, including evenings and weekends.
8-hour shifts scheduled between 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM.Important role details:
Location:
On-site – 18302 Talavera Ridge, San Antonio, TXPay: $21.00/hour plus performance-based bonus.
Training:
Paid training begins July 20th, 2026. Candidates must be available to attend training July 20th to Sep 4th to be considered .
Minimum Requirements:
4 years of relevant technical support/customer service experience AND High School Diploma (or equivalent)
OR 2 years of experience AND Associate's Degree , OR Bachelor's Degree
Preferred Qualifications:
Excellent interpersonal skills
Diabetes product knowledge
High attention to detail
Exceptional problem solving and troubleshooting skills
Results driven
