AI​/Agent Process Engineer

Overview

Objective Evaluate and implement a proof-of-concept for AI-driven software development workflows within an existing enterprise environment.

• Assess current development lifecycle and tooling (Azure, Git Hub, C# ecosystem)
• Design and build agent-based workflows to support:
• Code generation from specifications
• Automated development steps
• Code review + quality gates
• Deployment integration
• Validate scalability within existing (brownfield) systems
• Provide recommendations for long-term adoption

• Experience building AI/agent-based development workflows (not theoretical)
• Strong Azure + Git Hub familiarity
• Background in software engineering environments (C#/enterprise apps preferred)
• Ability to work in non-greenfield, legacy environments
• Comfortable pairing with internal engineering teams

• Contract (4-6 months estimated)
• Onsite collaboration required (Greater San Antonio area)
• Paired with internal SME

• Working POC demonstrating value in SDLC automation
• Clear guidance on scalability and cost implications
• Practical applicability within existing systems
