IT Project Manager, Systems Analyst
Responsibilities
- Oversee various system projects of a medium-to-highly complex nature
- Manage concurrent application development projects
- Assemble project team, assign responsibilities, and identify resources needed
- Develop detailed work plans, schedules, estimates, resource plans, and status reports
- Create and maintain essential project documentation such as a Communication Plan, Risk Management Plan, Roles/Responsibilities Matrix, and Issues Log
- Manage resources in a cross‑functional environment and coordinate allocation and production releases with other Project Managers
- Conduct project meetings and track and analyze project progress
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and review project deliverables
- Provide technical and analytical guidance to the project team
- Establish positive relationships with business customers and recommend process improvements
- Actively manage risks and issues, escalating to management when necessary
- Excellent project management skills with a proven track record of delivering projects on schedule and within budget
- Strong business acumen
- Customer‑focused attitude when dealing with internal customers
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Project Management Professional (preferred)
- Experience with Agile methodologies (preferred)
- Experience in the Property and Casualty insurance business environment (preferred)
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors such as relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
