Job Description:

This role serves as the primary owner of requirements intake, documentation, and functional alignment across PTR Business, development, and testing. The resource in this role translates new enhancement requests (CIO priorities and CMC-driven PTR Business requests) into clear, version-controlled Service Requirements Documentation (SRDs) and actionable user stories, while continuously coordinating across business and technical teams to ensure requirements are implementable, understood, and correctly validated end-to-end.

The resource is responsible for clarifying functional requirements across each stage of the development cycle, from development and design through testing.
