Data Analyst, IT Business Analyst
Responsibilities
- Provide hands‑on configuration and setup across Oracle Fusion Cloud modules.
- Support integration and connectivity across AP, Procurement, Contracts, and Receiving modules.
- Collaborate with internal application support teams to understand and refine business requirements.
- Participate in stakeholder sessions to identify pain points and recommend solutions.
- Enhance system capabilities to achieve supplier spend control and visibility objectives.
- Analyze existing reporting and recommend modifications to align with business needs.
- Support testing efforts, including System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Document business processes, configurations, and functional requirements.
- Hands‑on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud (required).
- Strong functional expertise across AP and Procurement modules.
- Proven experience with system configuration and enhancement (not production support).
- Experience working in Procure‑to‑Pay environments.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
- Procure‑to‑Pay (P2P).
- Contract Management.
- Requirements gathering, process analysis, and documentation.
- System configuration, troubleshooting, and testing.
- Data analysis and reporting using OTBI and BI Publisher (preferred);
Ability to interpret and modify existing reports. - Familiarity with reporting tools (OTBI, BI Publisher) – nice to have.
- Basic SQL/PLSQL knowledge – preferred.
- Oracle certifications – a plus.
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably, in good faith, believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
