We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Integration Architect to design and implement scalable, API‑driven integration solutions centered around Salesforce Service Cloud. This role is ideal for someone with strong expertise in enterprise integrations, Salesforce architecture, and customer service transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement API‑led integration architectures between Salesforce and enterprise systems
- Build and manage integrations using REST & SOAP APIs
- Develop real‑time and batch data integration solutions
- Architect and optimize Salesforce Service Cloud solutions, including Case Management, Omni‑Channel Routing, CTI Integrations, Knowledge Management, Customer Support Workflows
- Ensure seamless data flow across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and external systems
- Lead technical workshops, architecture discussions, and stakeholder engagements
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams in Agile delivery environments
The role requires someone who can work across architecture, integrations, implementation strategy, and overall solution delivery in a complex enterprise environment.
