Responsibilities:
* Optimizely:
Test check-in's to ensure no active test shows any signs of degradation to performance;
Presentation of dashboards to stakeholders to provide insights on test performance;
Utilize Optimizely QA tool to confirm test metrics are firing properly
* Adobe Analytics:
Review dashboards provided with test intake to ensure visitors and kpi's are accurately reported in test plans;
Create and review adobe dashboards in relation to active test that need additional reporting outside of Optimizely tags
* Glassbox:
Review session of test variants to research any anomalies in performance or behavior
* Design and implement A/B and multivariate tests across various digital touchpoints (websites, apps, landing pages, marketing campaigns, etc.) to improve key performance indicators like conversion rates, user engagement, and revenue
* Collaborate with product, marketing, design, and development teams to define testing requirements, prioritize experiments, and ensure seamless execution and accurate measurement of test results
* Analyze test data using statistical methods to identify statistically significant results, draw actionable insights, and provide recommendations for optimizing digital experiences
* Advocate for data-driven decision-making and a customer-centric approach across all digital product experiences
* Present findings and insights to stakeholders at various levels, providing clear and concise explanations of complex data and recommendations
* Stay updated on industry best practices, new testing methodologies, and the latest A/B testing, and optimization tools
* 6 years of progressive experience in a business or technical function performing quantitative and qualitative analysis to make data driven business recommendations
* 4 years of experience using split-testing software such as Adobe Target, Optimizely or VWO or similar platforms
* 4 years of experience using digital analytics software such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, or Web Trends
* Demonstrated ability to translate experimentation data into clear, actionable insights through the development of detailed dashboards and analytical reports in Adobe Analytics
* Strong understanding of re-engineering issues and challenges
* In-depth knowledge of testing platform technical specifications and capabilities, enabling the assessment and utilization of platform features for optimal testing outcomes
* Effective relationship building, communication and presentation skills
* Proven track record successfully delivering a superior digital experience and engagement strategy in the digital arena (web and mobile app); able to effectively collaborate with front-end development teams;
Expertise in all key functional areas, including usability, UX, design, and information architecture
* Strong analytical/problem solving skills
* Ability to synthesize information for effective decision making
* Advanced knowledge and proven experience in designing statistically valid test hypotheses, leveraging analytical insights to drive effective experimentation
