Job Summary
Integris Systems Technician (ST) is responsible for providing frontline technical support for single end‑user level issues, encompassing personal computer, printer, and Windows application matters. The ST serves as the initial point of contact for client technical assistance, managing inquiries received through email or the client portal, and may execute duties from the service desk or in the field.
Job Responsibilities- Manage service intake via email and the client portal.
- Conduct basic troubleshooting for non‑complex issues within single‑user system environments.
- Document troubleshooting activities accurately within the ticketing system.
- Support Professional Services with client onsite deployment as needed.
- Adhere to established client support documentation.
- Possession of A+ and/or O365 Fundamentals or equivalent on‑the‑job experience.
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent qualification.
- Preferably a minimum of 1 year of service‑related experience.
- Basic infrastructure and troubleshooting skills.
- Valid driver’s license required.
