* Employment Type:
** Contract* Provide IT service delivery (IMAC, Break/Fix, Deskside Support) according to established policies and procedures.
* Coordinate with end-users regarding expectations and service availability.
* Perform troubleshooting, parts replacement, system upgrades, and basic repairs on client assets.
* Identify and address potential issues that could impact the end-user experience.
* Strive to meet all client Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and customer satisfaction goals.
* Escalate issues impacting end-users or site operations to the Desktop Support Site Lead.
* Follow predefined procedures and tasks for daily activities.
* Perform basic installation and maintenance of technical products.
