Digital Optimization Advisor

Description

Key Responsibilities - Partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for optimization and define testing hypotheses - Design end-to-end testing strategies, including test plans, success metrics, and execution timelines - Build, launch, and manage A/B and multivariate tests using platforms such as Optimizely (preferred) or Adobe Target - Monitor active tests, ensure statistical significance is reached, and provide ongoing performance updates - Analyze results and deliver clear, actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders - Advise on which experience or variation to implement based on test outcomes - Translate business requirements into technical specifications and assess feasibility (front-end vs.

back-end changes) - Manage multiple concurrent tests (typically 5-15 at a time) - Provide regular reporting on in-flight and completed tests, including performance metrics and outcomes - Serve as a subject matter expert in digital experimentation, building strong relationships with cross-functional teams Day-to-Day Activities - Meet with stakeholders to manage incoming testing requests and prioritize the testing queue - Gather requirements, identify risks or gaps, and align on test objectives - Develop and execute technical and functional test specifications A/B Testing Optimization Advisor:
Collaborates with stakeholders to translate business objectives into detailed digital testing requirements for complex optimization initiatives. Manages the end-to-end execution of digital testing solutions, including planning, resource allocation, and performance reporting, utilizing a blend of technical acumen, analytical rigor, and strong knowledge of user behavior and digital marketing.

- Coordinate test timelines, including launch and end dates - Monitor live experiments and track performance metrics - Report on results (win/loss analysis, insights, recommendations) - Work within structured intake and workflow systems (e.g., DCC, Jira) Design and implement A/B and multivariate tests across various digital touchpoints (websites, apps, landing pages, marketing campaigns, etc.) to improve key performance indicators like conversion rates, user engagement, and revenue.

Collaborate with product, marketing, design, and development teams to define testing requirements, prioritize experiments, and ensure seamless execution and accurate measurement of test results. Advanced knowledge and proven experience in designing statistically valid test hypotheses, leveraging analytical insights to drive effective experimentation Analyze test data using statistical methods to identify statistically significant results, draw actionable insights, and provide recommendations for optimizing digital experiences.

Advocate for data-driven decision-making and a customer-centric approach across all digital product experiences. Present findings and insights to stakeholders at various levels, providing clear and concise explanations of complex data and recommendations. Stay updated on industry best practices, new testing methodologies, and the latest A/B testing, and optimization tools.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $51.00/hr.
