EESOH-MIS User Support Specialist

Opportunity

We are seeking an EESOH-MIS User Support Specialist to translate user needs into software requirements, guide development of enterprise platforms, and provide user‑focused support for Air Force environmental systems.

• Translate user needs into system requirements and assist with requirements capture.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to develop transformative system solutions.
• Provide user‑focused support to resolve in‑system issues and offer training assistance or escalated support.
• Support the implementation of new technologies to improve DAF environmental management.

• 3+ years of experience in Air Force environmental system or process support.
• Experience providing guidance on enterprise systems to DoW personnel.
• Knowledge of EESOH-MIS system.
• Ability to develop and maintain user‑focused training materials.
• Ability to provide user‑focused support and resolve in‑system issues, including escalation of system and training gaps.
• Secret clearance (or eligibility to obtain).
• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science or related field.

• Experience with system testing, including drafting and execution of test scripts.
• Ability to work on a dispersed team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science.

Applicants will be subject to a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; a Secret clearance is required.

The projected compensation range for this position is $69,400.00 to $ (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is one component of the total compensation package.
