Digital​/Technical Product Manager

Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Digital Technical Product Manager (DTPM) focused on International P&C Digital Experience (UK & Europe). This person will lead the strategy, discovery, and delivery of international Property & Casualty (P&C) digital experiences, with an initial focus on the UK and European markets. This role will be key in building digital self service capabilities internationally where they do not currently exist, aligning them to the mature U.S. experience (e.g., proof of insurance, coverage changes, policy servicing).

The DTPM will own the product vision and roadmap, partner closely with engineering, design, and business stakeholders, and deliver secure, scalable, customer centric digital solutions across multiple platforms. Define and drive the product strategy, vision, and roadmap for international digital P&C experiences. Lead product discovery using User Centered Design and Design Thinking methodologies. Translate business and customer needs into clear product requirements and technical solutions.

Partner with engineering teams to deliver multi platform digital products in an Agile environment. Optimize and enhance digital experiences to improve KPIs and KRIs while managing risk and compliance. Ensure alignment across stakeholders, suppliers, and international markets.

• 7+ years of experience as a Digital Product Manager or Technical Product Manager.
• Strong Property & Casualty insurance domain knowledge.
• Proven international product experience, ideally supporting UK and/or European markets.
• Experience building or scaling digital insurance self service platforms.
• Strong technical fluency and ability to collaborate deeply with engineering teams.
• Ability to develop a measurement framework to track engagement and conversion.
• Deep experience with the human-centered design process.
• Experience at USAA, Progressive, GEICO, or similar carriers.
• Experience launching digital policy servicing capabilities in regulated environments.
• Comfortable with crafting detailed product requirements and API documents.
• Foundational knowledge of GenAI concepts and its applications.
