Overview
Looking for a security service technician. This role is NOT AN IT POSITION and is focused on servicing physical security devices.
Responsibilities- Servicing, troubleshooting, programming, and testing enterprise security systems with minimal supervision.
- Troubleshooting and programming networked IP video systems.
- Troubleshooting and programming networked access control.
- Servicing commercial intrusion alarm systems and other IoT-connected systems.
- Providing fanatical customer service when dealing with customers.
- Attendance and punctuality is key.
- Experience in troubleshooting and programming networked access control and IP video systems, including working on the customer’s network.
- Knowledge and practical experience with the internet and networking is essential.
- Must possess a valid driving license and clean MVR.
- Excellent independent work and problem resolution skills to customer satisfaction.
- Current certification or proficiency in one of the following is a plus:
Access Control (Pro‑Watch, Genetec, Software House, Lenel/S2, Open Path), Video (Axis, Exacq, Milestone, Genetec, Victor, Avigilon, Hanwha), Intrusion (DMP, Honeywell, DSC).
Security 101 will invest in training for the right candidate. They will receive a company vehicle once going full time.

Pay and BenefitsPay range: $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
