Job Description:
We are seeking a highly analytical and data-driven Decision Science Analyst with 8 10 years of experience in data analytics, statistical modeling, and business intelligence. The ideal candidate will leverage advanced analytics, machine learning, and data visualization techniques to solve complex business problems, generate actionable insights, and support strategic decision-making across the organization.

This role requires strong expertise in Python, SQL, statistics, predictive analytics, and data visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau. Experience with Snowflake and Alation is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, opportunities, and business insights.

• Develop and implement statistical models and machine learning solutions to support business objectives.

• Translate business requirements into analytical frameworks and data-driven solutions.

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Power BI and Tableau.

• Perform predictive analytics, forecasting, segmentation, regression analysis, and A/B testing.

• Generate recommendations that drive business performance and support strategic decision-making.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams, and technical teams to define analytical requirements.

• Utilize SQL and Python to extract, transform, analyze, and validate data from multiple sources.

• Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across reporting and analytical processes.

• Support enterprise data initiatives leveraging Snowflake, Alation, and modern data platforms.

• Present findings and recommendations to leadership and non-technical stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.

• Identify opportunities to improve business processes through analytics and automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.

• Master's Degree preferred.

• 8 10 years of experience in analytics, decision science, business intelligence, or data science roles.

• Strong hands-on experience with Python, SQL, and statistical analysis.

• Experience building predictive models and machine learning solutions.

• Expertise in Power BI and/or Tableau dashboard development.

• Experience working with enterprise data platforms such as Snowflake and Alation.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex analytical concepts to business stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in cloud-based analytics environments.

• Knowledge of data governance and metadata management.

• Experience supporting executive-level decision-making through analytics.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and cross-functional team collaboration.

Experience Required

• 8 10 years of experience in Data Analytics, Decision Science, Business Intelligence, or Data Science.

• Strong experience in Python, SQL, Machine Learning, Statistics, and Data Visualization.

• Hands-on experience with Snowflake and Alation preferred.
