Operations Manager
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple concurrent projects across the enterprise, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and on budget
- Own full project lifecycle including planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting
- Partner closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of initiatives
- Drive strong stakeholder communication, including executive‑level updates and reporting
- Facilitate cross‑functional collaboration across business and technology teams
- Identify risks and dependencies, proactively developing mitigation strategies
- Ensure adherence to PMO governance, methodologies, and best practices
- Support portfolio‑level visibility, prioritization, and resource planning as needed
- Lead project meetings, working sessions, and status updates
- Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes, tools, and reporting
- Project plans and schedules
- Budgets and financial forecasts
- Roadmaps and timelines
- Risk and issue logs
- 7+ years of experience in Project Management, preferably within an EPMO or enterprise environment
- Proven experience managing projects with significant IT components (required)
- Experience delivering complex, cross‑functional initiatives
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with executive leadership and stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects in fast‑paced, matrixed environments
- Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- PMP or equivalent project management certification
- Experience working within a formal PMO / EPMO structure
- Exposure to portfolio management or large‑scale enterprise initiatives
- Experience with change management practices and organizational transformation initiatives
The ideal candidate is a strong delivery‑focused Project Manager who brings both business acumen and technical awareness, can thrive in ambiguity, and excels at driving alignment across diverse stakeholder groups.
CompensationThe pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
