We are looking for a skilled Cloud Infrastructure Manager to oversee and enhance our multi-cloud networking and infrastructure. This role focuses on delivering secure, efficient, and cost-optimized connectivity between customers and our datacenters across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP). The ideal candidate will excel in designing, optimizing, and maintaining cloud networking solutions while enforcing robust cost-control and governance practices.

This role centers on managing customer connectivity, encompassing VPC Endpoint Services, Load Balancing (NLB, ALB), VPNs, and Direct Connect/MPLS across multi-cloud environments. The ideal candidate will possess deep networking expertise, extensive experience in cloud cost optimization, and hands-on proficiency with infrastructure automation.

Responsibilities:

• Design, deploy, and manage multi-cloud networking solutions (VPC, VNet, Cloud VPN, Private Link, Direct Connect, Express Route, and Interconnect).

• Implement VPC Endpoint Services, NLBs, and target groups to facilitate secure customer connectivity.

• Optimize traffic routing, hybrid cloud networking, and cross-region connectivity to ensure high availability and performance.

• Manage firewalls, security groups, and network ACLs to maintain a secure infrastructure.

• Monitor latency, throughput, and reliability metrics to improve overall network efficiency.

• Troubleshoot complex networking issues, including VPN tunnels, BGP peering, and DNS resolution.

• Implement cloud cost management strategies, including reserved instances, spot instances, auto-scaling, and rightsizing.

• Monitor and optimize data transfer costs, ensuring efficient routing and minimizing egress charges.

• Establish Fin Ops best practices, providing cost visibility and accountability across teams.

• Automate infrastructure provisioning and scaling using Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools (Terraform, Cloud Formation, ARM Templates).

• Ensure cloud environments adhere to security best practices and regulatory standards (SOC 2, ISO 27001).

• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions across cloud environments (AWS Cloud Watch, Azure Monitor, GCP Cloud Operations Suite).

• Collaborate with security teams to enforce Zero Trust architectures and least privilege access controls.

• Maintain disaster recovery (DR) and business continuity (BC) plans for cloud infrastructure.

• Provide leadership and mentorship to cloud engineers and infrastructure specialists.

• Standardize multi-cloud management processes to ensure consistent operations across AWS, Azure, and GCP.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience managing cloud networking and infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and GCP.

• Deep expertise in cloud networking services (VPCs, VNets, VPNs, Private Link, Direct Connect, NLBs, target groups, and hybrid networking).

• Strong understanding of cloud cost management and optimization techniques.

• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, Cloud Formation, or ARM templates.

• Familiarity with network security controls, such as security groups, firewalls, and WAFs.

• Experience with cloud monitoring, logging, and alerting tools (e.g., Cloud Watch, Azure Monitor, Stackdriver).

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills in complex networking environments.

• Ability to work collaboratively across teams, including Engineering, Security, and Fin Ops.
