• Unpack, configure, and deploy new hardware (desktops, laptops, peripherals).
• Provide end-user training on basic functionality of supported devices and software.
• Document troubleshooting guides, installation procedures, and training materials.
• Relocate and set up desktop computers, laptops, and peripherals as needed.
• Research and develop alternative solutions for new or complex technical problems.
• Record and track all support interactions in the ticketing system.
• Maintain and update technical skills through independent research and training.
• Collaborate with support teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.

• Associate Degree in Computer Maintenance Technology, Help Desk Support, Computer Network Administration, or related field OR equivalent relevant IT work experience.
• Hands-on experience with installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of personal computers and hardware.
• Basic knowledge of PC networking concepts and Windows Active Directory.
• Familiarity with LCD projectors, monitors, printers, and plotters.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project, Outlook).

• Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified Professional).

Pay Range*:
Between $22 - $23 per hour

• Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
