Role Overview
The Change, Release, and Patching Coordinator is a key member of the Service Management Team responsible for overseeing change control, release management, and security patching activities across the Portals infrastructure. This role partners with internal and client teams to ensure changes, deployments, and patching activities are executed accurately, efficiently, and in alignment with governance processes.
What You Will Do- Manage end‑to‑end change control processes.
- Coordinate and oversee releases activities.
- Coordinate and support all IEP security patching activities.
- Recommend and deliver automation and modernization improvements.
The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in information technology, systems administration or another IT related field, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
Requirements- Associate’s Degree or equivalent relevant experience.
- 2‑5 years of experience in information technology, systems administration or another IT related field.
- 1+ years of experience supporting change management processes.
- ITIL Foundations v4 certification or strong ITIL process knowledge.
- Experience with Service Now and Jira.
- Knowledge of Change Advisory Board (CAB) or Change Control Board (CCB) processes.
