Role Overview

The IT Operational Support Supervisor leads a managed services team responsible for the day‑to‑day operation and support of a mission‑critical hybrid cloud environment. The supervisor ensures that engineered solutions can be effectively supported in production and acts as a key coordination point with enterprise teams.

What You Will Do

Oversee daily team operations, provide guidance and technical support, monitor and maintain IT systems, collaborate with internal peers and business partners, and lead daily operations for Enterprise IT Infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of diversified IT experience, a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, and certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, and HDI Support Center Director.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Management Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or other computer-related degree
  • Eight (8) or more years of diversified IT experience
  • Certified CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, and/or HDI Support Center Director
  • Certified Hardware Asset Management Professional (CHAMP) or Certified IT Asset Manager (CITAM)
  • Certified Microsoft Modern Desktop Administrator Associate
  • Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or Certified Information Security Manager (CISM)
  • Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP)
  • Certified ITIL v4 Foundation
  • Certified Lean Six Sigma
  • Managing ticketing systems (e.g., Connect Wise, Service Now)
  • PC management, mobile device management, networking, cloud services (especially Microsoft 365 and Azure), and cybersecurity best practices
  • IT service management (ITSM) processes and tooling
  • Tier 1 – Tier 3 IT support services (Service Desk, Deskside Services, Field Services, Application Support Services)
  • Experience with: IT Infrastructure support services (on‑prem and cloud compute and governance, SASE, Zero‑Trust, Network management, Security management)
  • Hardware/software lifecycle management, vendor management, and procurement processes
  • Compliance frameworks (e.g., SOX, HIPAA, ISO 27001) and software license management
  • Automation platforms, AIOps, and observability tools (e.g., Splunk, Service Now, Dynatrace, Solar Winds)
  • Leading incident management, disaster recovery planning, and business continuity operations
  • Managed service provider engagements
