CSG is searching for a Systems Administrator in San Antonio, Texas to support Enclave Services. The Enclave Support Services Section provides customized on‑site and off‑site IT support, maintenance, and solutions to all onsite, unclassified locations, as well as managing division‑level enclave projects and transitioning support for CNO/CSD and other enclaves to corporate support or DES management where appropriate.

• Implement, troubleshoot, and maintain IT systems.
• Manage IT system infrastructure and related processes.
• Provide day‑to‑day operations, monitoring, and problem resolution for client/server, storage, network devices, and mobile devices.
• Deliver Tier 1, 2, and 3 support, including problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution.
• Escalate problems and communicate status to agency management and internal customers.
• Support dispatch system and hardware issues, staying involved in the resolution process.
• Configure and manage UNIX, Linux, and Windows operating systems; install and load OS software; troubleshoot and maintain integrity.
• Implement OS enhancements to improve reliability and performance.
