EDI Flow Designer

In a context of digital transformation / IT and as part of its missions, the Integration & EDI domain recruits an EDI Flow Designer.

In an international environment, on the EDI part, the holder of the position:

• Defines and enforces the implementation standards of EDI flows for the Group.
• Analyzes business requirements, possibly with the local EDI correspondent.
• Analyzes the stakes and costs of the portfolio of requests to allow their prioritization.
• Writes functional and technical specifications.
• Ensures liaison with the EDI provider for the transmission of specifications, the follow-up of developments, tests, and production.
• Leads the TMA with the EDI provider: co-organizes the pilot committees for TMA follow-up, and ensures the follow-up of KPIs included in the PAQ as well as the follow-up of action plans in case of non-compliance by the provider.
• Provides support to users and handles anomalies.
• Ensures with the Technical Direction that the monitoring of the application and the different interfaces of the application is documented, organized, and applied to have an observability from end to end of the data exchanges in its perimeter, in order to respect the service levels.
• Ensures performance and contributes to the evolution of the business information system.
• Is responsible for the link and coordination with internal IT teams (interoperability, architecture, and technique) in case of impacts on the EDI architecture.
• Is the guarantor of the maintenance of the functional and technical knowledge necessary for the perpetuity of the applications of which it is responsible. (Creation, updates of functional and technical documentation French/English)

• Minimum BAC + 4 in computer science
• Minimum 3 years of experience in an IT function
• Mandatory EDI knowledge
• Significant experience in implementing EDI flows with SAP is required
• Basic IT skills in databases, SQL language, and algorithmic logic
• Global knowledge of IT and elements of infrastructure (Server, Network, OS, VMWARE, Citrix, DBMS, …) + CLOUD services
• Knowledge of methods for planning and scheduling of application treatments, as well as inter-platform exchanges
• Ability to pilot projects, to coordinate cross-functional teams internationally (evolutions, migrations)
• Reactivity, pedagogy, communication, and service sense
• Rigor, method, autonomy, very good relationship skills, and team spirit
• Your English is fluent (B2 minimum).
