What You Will Do:
What You Will Need:
- Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DHS "PUBLIC TRUST"; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of their PUBLIC TRUST prior to onboarding with Guidehouse. Candidates with an ACTIVE PUBLIC TRUST or SUITABILITY are preferred.
- US Citizenship is contractually required for this role.
- Minimum of THREE (3) years of professional experience.
- Ability to commute to client or corporate offices depending on the need up to 3 times per week.
- A bachelor's Degree is required.
- Experience with Software Development Lifecycle methodologies, deliverables, and controls.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Expertise in Service Now Modules such as GRC, SPM, and ITSM, as well as with App Engine and Scoped Apps.
- Experience with web services integration, specifically Mid-Server, SOAP, and REST, preferred.
- Strong experience with scripting (JavaScript, Glide, AngularJS), Flow Designer, and Integration Hub.
- Experience working in an Agile environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and establish rapport with a diverse array of people at all levels.
- Ability to self-direct, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks and demands.
- Heightened attention to detail when developing technical solutions.
What Would Be Nice To Have:
- Experience with Service Now automated testing framework (ATF).
- Ability to commute to client or corporate offices within the Washington, DC metropolitan area 2-3 days per week.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science. Information Technology or Business.
- Service Now certifications (e.g., CSA, CIS, CAD)
- Experience with web services integration, specifically Mid-Server, SOAP, and REST preferred.
- Agile, SCRUM or SAFe certifications.
- General understanding of financial management aspects (i.e., financial operations, financial innovation, internal control, risk management, etc.), particularly in a federal environment.
- Candidates with an ACTIVE "SECRET" or higher-level clearance are preferred.
