Quality Management Analyst

Data Analyst

Responsible for partnering with Quality Management, Information Technology (IT), and third-parties, serving as a data expert, to maintain, develop and improve solutions that source, structure, and curate data to enable business operations, service enhancements and advanced analysis.

Primary MUST HAVES:

• SQL
• Tableau

Develops and executes process review and reconciliation of data between sources and platforms.

Retrieves and validates external data, builds and runs scripts that transform that information, and ensures the timely loading of that data into internal systems.

Ensures the accuracy and reliability of owned data sets. Provides final sign-off for critical data sets.

Provides requirements and user-acceptance testing for large-scale IT solutions that source, transform, and deliver that data.

Makes modifications and enhancements to the data in support of ongoing service needs.

Serves as a subject matter expert. Demonstrates in-depth knowledge of technical and functional designs for databases, ETL, data warehousing and reporting, and ability to apply it to work assignments.

Demonstrates in-depth knowledge of SQL, scripting tools for automation (i.e., Alteryx), and ability to apply it to work assignments.

Demonstrates in-depth knowledge of reporting/data visualization tools such as Tableau, and ability to apply it to work assignments.
