Simulation Tech -Level 3

Coordinates the planning, maintaining, and implementing classroom and simulation technology in accordance with established standards of the School of Nursing. Responsible for recommending new procedures for simulation/classroom technology and functionality, developing programs for training faculty and staff, ensuring timely implementation of technology tools and resources, and facilitating developmental opportunities for end users. Oversees the delivery of supplemental equipment in support of events both on and off campus.

Responsible for continual review and improvement of system operations practice within the classroom environment. Provides supervision on projects and simulations conducted in the CSI. Works closely with others within Information Management Services (IMS) and appropriate external vendors to ensure efficient functionality of resources. Answer student and faculty questions, assist students and faculty with simulation work and assist faculty in preparation for nursing skills lab and simulation experiences.
