Job Title

In this environment, internal and corporate communication plays a strategic role of alignment, acculturation, and valorization. It aims to give meaning and readability to the trajectory of CA-GIP towards 2030, translating the technological and transformation ambitions into clear, embodied, and appropriate messages for all employees and stakeholders on social networks.

It helps to strengthen cohesion and mobilization around the company's priorities, while highlighting the expertise, projects, and successes that make CA-GIP strong. It also contributes to the company's rayonnement, consolidating its image as a technological leader and committed employer, and ensuring responsible, transparent, and effective communication, at the service of the trust of internal stakeholders and the Group.

Within the internal and corporate communication team, you will be responsible for the social media management of the company, the management and follow-up of digital projects as well as the reporting for the entire service, this is reflected in the following missions:

MISSIONS:

PILOTAGE AND E-REPUTATION:

  • Management of social networks;
  • Management of editorial calendar + arbitrations (Linked In, Instagram and Tiktok) ;
  • Paid campaigns and boost of publications on Linked In + follow-ups ;
  • Publication and moderation on all social networks ;
  • Monitoring of the company's reputation + executives ;
  • Agency relations (editorial, videos…) ;
  • Review of employees' Linked In profiles, managers and social networks sensitizations in individual or group.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT AND CONTENT PRODUCTION:

  • Coordination and management of projects with the communication team + CoS/Group/Subsidiaries, and other Directions of the company ;
  • Creation and production of contents (video shootings, carousel structures, script writing, writing of publications for the company page…) ;
  • Writing of publications for the General Management + managers + employees ;
  • Coverage of events.

FOLLOW-UP OF KPIS AND STATISTICS:

  • Monitoring of social networks KPIs ;
  • Monthly Linked In reporting and quarterly global reporting.
