Digital Transformation Specialist – responsible for learning how an organization works and designing dynamic solutions to improve systems that move entire organizations forward. This role focuses on data analysis, process automation, UI/UX, or artificial intelligence to create effectiveness and efficiency across public sector organizations. The specialist evaluates how new tools impact missions and works closely with key stakeholders and technical professionals to develop and contribute to transformative technology and business system solutions.

• 3+ years of experience delivering digital solutions
• Experience with data or business analysis, process automation, UI/UX, or artificial intelligence
• Ability to apply frameworks aligned to digital transformation efforts in the public sector
• Ability to craft and deliver a compelling narrative to influence action on key business decisions and major change initiatives
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
• Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree

• Experience working in a highly collaborative, team‑oriented environment
• Experience planning and executing large projects, including client engagement
• Experience with Power Platform Suite, including Power BI, Power Apps, or Power Automate
• Ability to develop presentations and other products using Microsoft Power Point
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

The projected annualized compensation range for this position is $69,400.00 to $.
