The Service Delivery Center is made up of high‑performing, US‑based resources who work closely with experienced professionals to deliver project‑based work and managed services to our federal clients. It is a core component of the Government & Public Sector practice. Our Digital Engineering practice helps organizations solve complex problems through purpose‑led transformation.

You will join a talented group of professionals advising U.S. government agencies with digital strategy, customer experience, process improvement, technology effectiveness, digital architecture and program integration.

• Application integration, quality assurance, software development
• Technology business requirements analysis
• Microsoft Dynamics/Power Platform solution design, configuration, customization experience and Microsoft Dynamics CRM or Customer Engagement
• Coaching and developing junior team members

• Establish, maintain and strengthen internal and external relationships
• Create innovative insights for clients, adapt methods and practices to fit operational team and cultural needs, and contribute to thought leadership
• Anticipate and identify risks, and escalte any issues as appropriate
• Develop people through effective supervision, coaching and mentoring staff; help create a positive learning culture
• Conduct performance reviews and contribute to performance feedback for staff

• Strong leadership skills and excellent oral and written communication skills
• Experience coming up with solutions to problems
• Prior consulting experience

• Candidate must be able to obtain/maintain a DoD Secret clearance
• 8+ years of related experience
• Experience integrating with external systems
• Experience in application integration and software development proficiency
• Microsoft Dynamics/Power Platform solution design, configuration, customization experience and Microsoft Dynamics CRM or Customer Engagement
• Experience with ADO Build Pipelines or similar
• Strong analytical and decision‑making capabilities
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Strong understanding of agile delivery and development methodologies

Due to the nature of our work in the Government and Public Sector, work may be required to be completed at client, EY and/or contractor sites. Our goal is to assign professionals to projects within a commutable distance of their work location office. In certain circumstances, travel may be required beyond your work location based on client and project needs. Candidates should be willing to travel 20‑30% or more.

• Microsoft Certifications and prior consulting experience highly preferred
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to collaborate with clients and identify engagement follow‑on opportunities

• We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $142,600 to $261,500. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $171,200 to $297,200.
